I got an interesting bug from Google, I don't know whether is accessibility bug or not. Anyways sharing it with you
Step 1: Buy a book in Google Books through Chrome Browser
Step 2 : Check whether the book you puchased appears in this link https://play.google.com/books under "My Books"
Step 3: Open the Play Books App in iPhone 6s+.
There seems a blank screen with no books.
Am taking another screenshot after some time
Note : Uninstall the Play store app and re-install it, you can read books!!!
